• Volunteers, please meet at the front gates by the barn — this is the main entrance to the football field.
• Please sign in with our Volunteer Coordinator, Heather, when you arrive.

Once the prop meeting wraps up, head over to the back patio and hang out with your fellow band parents and board members while we wait for the kids to be dismissed!

It’s the perfect chance to:
