Ways Parents Can Help Our Band Family:

• Volunteer with our booster club!
• Encourage/inspire the musical study of your student's passion.
• Schedule with your student regular practice time.
• Maintain good instrument care.
• Purchase oils, reeds, mouthpieces, sticks, etc.
• Provide students with private lessons if/when possible.
• Communicate with the director about excused absences or foreseeable time conflicts.
• Ensure your student has their instrument, correct shoes, and clothing for rehearsals/events before leaving home.
• Visit rehearsals occasionally.
• Attend booster meetings, concerts, football games, and competitions.
• Cheer on your students! They work so hard.
